Wonderful and fairly clean hotel
Exceptionally comfortable beds. Coffee/tea making facilities, a writing desk, and an ironing set in the room. Magnificent location. Pleasant view over the bay. Really nice overall experience

The staff here were super friendly, from the folks at the front desk all the way to the housekeepers. 🌟 Our room was really spacious and modern, with a comfy sofa to relax on. We had a great two-night stay.

I got a room with an amazing view of the harbor. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was really good. The location was awesome, so close to the town center, shops, and the hill. 🏞️

We did not care for the breakfast. Also, there was not FREE Wi-fi. You had to be a member to receive it(we are not members). If not, it would have cost us $6.95/day......no thanks!!

The room was small & I was disappointed that the hotel wasn't on right on the water.

The hotel was clean and truly exceptional. The staff were excellent. The location was exceptionally nice for Petoskey. The hotel is located not far from the bay side and the Lake.

I love the fact that the duvet covers are laundered after every stay. bedspreads in most hotels give me the heebie jeebies even if they look clean. Great breakfast. Wonderful coffee.

Décor, safety, staff.
Wanted more amenities and better views for the nightly rate, even with the AAA discount. We were only there at night so we didn't need views but for that kind of money you'd expect a beach outside.

The stay was amazing!!! The hospitality of the staff made the stay so enjoyable! EVERYONE was so nice!! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated! The views are awesome from the room and in the breakfast area! The continental breakfast was awesome both mornings we stayed and again the staff was very pleasant during breakfast! The pool area was also very nice clean and the pool was warm! Highly recommend this hotel for the area!! Good location close to down town!
